Zoning Bylaws
New Kingston Zoning Bylaw (2022-62)
City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw (2022-62) on April 26, 2022. This Bylaw regulates the use of lands and the size and location of buildings for almost all properties in the City of Kingston (all properties except those identified as “Not Subject to this Bylaw”).

Former Zoning Bylaws
The former zoning bylaws have been repealed in their entirety, except as they apply to the properties that are shown as “Not Subject to this Bylaw” in the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw.
The only properties that are subject to the former zoning bylaws are those that are shown as “Not Subject to this Bylaw” in Kingston Zoning Bylaw.
