Municipal fee information relevant to Planning Applications is in the Fees & Charges Bylaw (2005-10) as amended.
Applications must be submitted to Planning Services through the online Development and Services Hub (DASH).
Please Note: Additional fees may be charged by other City Departments and/or Government Agencies for the review of Planning Applications. If there is a discrepancy between the fees listed and the Bylaw, refer to the Bylaw.
