Suppliers interested in doing business with the City of Kingston should visit the Biddingo website for more information. This site requires an account to submit bids and receive notifications on new opportunities. It is the responsibility of bidders to understand the terms and conditions outlined in the procurement documents prior to submitting a bid.

Group Purchasing

Surplus Equipment and Vehicles
Occasionally, the City may deem equipment and/or other goods as surplus and those items are disposed of through a public auction. Items are typically sold “as is” and “where is” and there is no warranty or guarantee. All available auction items are advertised on the GovDeals website.
Personal and business contact information is collected by the City of Kingston under the authority of the Municipal Act, and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The party downloading the RFP, RFI or tender consents to the public distribution of the information they have provided to receive the download.
