The Draft Executive Summary of the Recommendations, Opportunities and Constraints Report and questions and answers from the June 1 workshop are posted on the public engagement page.

June 1, 2017 - public sessions presenting the Recommended Vision

The Recommended Vision was presented on June 1. Review the elements and provide your feedback by June 15.

Spring 2017
The consulting team is updating and developing the Recommended Vision based on feedback received from the public. 

February 2017

Workshop 3 was an opportunity to review the emerging vision of the former Kingston Penitentiary and Portsmouth Olympic Harbour sites. Take the survey and provide input on the vision until March 17.

October 2016

The workshop and design charrette was for the team working with the public to develop a few conceptual plans that demonstrate options for the property. The concept plans show options for access (roads, trails, parking), options for building location, mass and height, options for green space and options for the marina. The options will enable the team and the community to understand the full range of possibilities for the site.

Dates have been announced for next rounds of public consultations in October.

Final themes and principles for development have been identified from the consultation sessions held in June.
