Darcy Maude is an experienced artist and teacher in clay hand-building, clay on the wheel and ceramic painting. Darcy has experience managing a clay studio, firing kilns and mixing glazes. Previous to moving to this area, Darcy designed and taught programs at Crackpot Studio in Oakville, Ontario for over 15 years and also at the CORE in Belleville, Ontario.

While working at Crackpot Studio, Darcy designed a clay hand-building program that links closely to the Ontario School Curriculum applying to kindergarten through to grade 12. These workshops are mobile and designed to be taken into the classroom by artist/instructors. The programs are designed to be comfortable and accessible for everyone to participate in and enjoy!
