Name: Lise Melhorn-Boe

Description:

Lise Melhorn-Boe is an experienced book artist. She has taught across Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and New York State, as well as with the Royal Conservatory of Music's Learning Through the Arts program. Lise has also been an artist-educator with the Ontario Arts Council, and worked at Kingston's own Minotaur and Toronto's Letki Designs.

Lise teaches both pop-up and traditional book making workshops, showing children the techniques to make a story literally come to life. She believes in giving all people both the visual and verbal opportunity to share their stories, and seeks to mentor confident self-expression and creativity in her participants.

Lise prefers to work with Elementary, Middle and High school students, as well as Adults.
