Kingston-Frontenac Renovates
About the Program
The Kingston-Frontenac Renovates program (KFRP) offers eligible homeowners forgivable loans of up to $15,000 toward emergency repairs to make their homes more accessible. For accessibility projects, up to $5,000 can be provided in the form of a grant. Funding provided under the program is forgiven over ten years, meaning if a homeowner continues to reside in the home after ten years, the loan is forgiven in full
Funding is allocated on a first come, first served basis. Income limits are associated with this program. Refer to the chart below for specifics.
