Adapted Programs
The City welcomes and encourages all residents to participate in its recreation programs. Every effort will be made for the child or adult to participate in an integrated program or targeted service. Support persons accompanying participants are admitted to program or facility at no cost. View our Adapted Programs - programs customized for those persons with special needs.
Fee Assistance
Recreational opportunities must be accessible and affordable to all who wish to make use of what the City has to offer to lead full lives. The City's Municipal Fee Assistance program helps ensure that cost is no barrier to participation.
Accessibility and Inclusion
The City of Kingston is committed to providing accessible, inclusive, equitable and meaningful recreation opportunities for everyone. This commitment is reflected through our programs and services, which aim to eliminate barriers and create a welcoming environment for all.
