My name is Julie Salter-Keane, and I am the Manager, of the City’s Climate Leadership Division. In this exciting and important role, I steward the development of climate actions aimed at supporting corporate and community efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I also represent the City on the Sustainable Kingston Board of Directors.  

In 2010, I accepted a management position at the City of Kingston where my ability to foster relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration helped realize many community projects, like the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour and Kingston Penitentiary Revisioning Project, the City’s Accessibility Plan and many more. In the past, I operated a planning consulting firm, before becoming Director of Planning and Development at the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands.
