Declaration of Pecuniary Interest Registry

As per section 6.1(1) of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, the City is required to maintain a registry of declarations of pecuniary interests for members of Council, including a copy of the written statement of interest. The registry includes any pecuniary interest declared by a member of Council at City Council, standing committee, or advisory committee meetings.

This registry lists disclosures of potential pecuniary interest since January 1, 2018. A scanned copy of the written statement can be requested from the City Clerk's Office by emailing nbarrett@cityofkingston.ca.
