The flag of the Juvenis Festival will be flown in Confederation Park to mark the first day of the Juvenis Festival.

The Juvenis Festival is Kingston's Youth Arts Festival, one of only two youth arts festivals in all of Canada. The festival showcases the talent of Kingston youth of ages 18-30.
