Limited seating is available in Council Chamber. Seating will be reserved for registered delegations, with remaining seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting proceedings can also be viewed from at City Hall in Memorial Hall via live stream. 

Residents can also participate in committee meetings two different ways:

1. Send your comments or register to speak to a business item via email to the Committee Clerk (isullivan@cityofkingston.ca). Registration is not required to speak at the meeting but encouraged to ensure efficient meeting proceedings.
2. Participate in the Zoom meeting. Register via Zoom and receive the meeting link.

If you just wish to follow along, all meetings will be live-streamed on the Kingston City Council YouTube channel .
