Get in Motion. Fitness in the water is easy on the joints and a great work out.

The pool is divided into four lanes: Lane swimming (slow, medium and fast) and open swimming for water walking, jogging or general exercise. To ensure a positive experience for all participants please observe the lane swim etiquette.
