OMB replaced with the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT)

As of today, April 3, 2018, the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB), the provincial body that deals with land use planning appeals, has been replaced by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT).
