Yessica is a passionate and diverse artist with experience in visual art, sculpture and music (specifically drumming). Yessica has a significant amount of experience running workshops for the community including providing prehispanic drumming workshops through Box of Cultures Program of the H'Art Centre and Iska, hosting weekly open community drum circles in Kingston since June 1st 2014, providing weekly drumming activities at Ogwanada Community Centre for individuals with special needs, and drumming circle workshops at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Hospice Kingston, Kingston Multicultural Festival, and more.

Yessica is able to provide workshops in community drumming, crystal singing bowl meditation, painting and crafting. As a teaching artist, strives to provide a space where individuals feel freer to create, express, and take part in connecting with themselves and others.

Yessica is willing to work with people of all ages and abilities.
