Residents may attend select committee meetings in-person. Those
attending are asked to consider the following:
- Self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before attending - if you have
any symptoms of illness, please stay home and participate virtually
(details below)
- Wear a well-fitting mask such as a medical mask.
- Sanitize your hands before entering Council Chamber or Memorial Hall.
Limited seating is available in Council Chamber. Seating will be
reserved for registered delegations, with remaining seats available on
a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting proceedings can also be
viewed from at City Hall in Memorial Hall via live stream.
Residents can also participate in committee meetings two different ways:
- Send your comments or register to speak to a business item via
email to the Committee Clerk (isullivan@cityofkingston.ca). Registration
is not required to speak at the meeting but encouraged to ensure
efficient meeting proceedings.
- Participate in the Zoom meeting. Register via Zoom and
receive the meeting link.
If you just wish to follow along, all meetings will be live-streamed
on the Kingston
City Council YouTube channel .
