Regeneration planning process

Staff from the City and KFHC worked with a consulting team with expertise in sustainable-neighbourhood planning and design, affordable-housing development, civil engineering, and land development. The detailed technical work was supported by a comprehensive community consultation that included a variety of events and consultation strategies to ensure all stakeholders had an opportunity to participate in the visioning and planning process.
